This piece measures 13" x 6" and comes mounted on resin. Seaflower is where the ocean becomes a garden – a vision of Hawaiʻi’s underwater world rendered in the language of surf. Carved from a surfboard, the piece transforms the board’s familiar shape into something blooming and alive, honoring the reef systems and marine life that define the islands’ identity. It’s a work about abundance: the richness of what lives beneath the surface, and the responsibility to protect it. Each art piece is unique, no two reproductions are the same. Most reproduction art pieces are hand finished by Ruben himself. Made in Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.
