Original Artwork — Final Sale All original artwork, sculptures, carved surfboards, paintings, and any piece priced above $2,000 are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances. Please review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. Contact us at info@rubenairajr.com with any questions prior to purchase.
30-Day Return Policy (Metal Prints & Miniature 3D Printed Items Only) We have a 30-day return policy for metal prints and miniature 3D printed items only. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must have arrived damaged and must be in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs to our gallery.
To start a return, contact us at info@rubenairajr.com. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- All original artwork, sculptures, and carved surfboards
- Any artwork priced above $2,000
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges To exchange an eligible item, return it first and once accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible damaged items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase. Original artwork and pieces over $2,000 are excluded from this right.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@rubenairajr.com.
