Above and Below reflects the balance I feel between opposing forces—earth and sky, stillness and motion, the physical world and the inner life we carry through it. I shaped the composition by hand, building each curve and layered form slowly until the human presence felt inseparable from the natural elements around it. For me, the work is about connection rather than contrast: the idea that what appears separate is often part of the same continuous rhythm.
