Carved from a full surfboard, the work preserves the board’s long, elegant line while shifting it into something gentler – like fragrance carried on trade winds. It’s a piece about place-memory: the warmth of sun, the rhythm of the shoreline, and the calm that arrives when ocean air moves through the trees.
